三、       产品结构 Product structure

该灭火器主要是由：筒体、喷嘴、瓶头阀、压力表、虹吸管等组成，瓶头阀上装有压力表，具有显示内部压力的作用（详见简图）。

This fire extinguisher is composed of: cylinder, nozzle, bottle valve, pressure meter, siphon tube, etc. The pressure meter is installed on the bottle valve indicating the interior pressure. (See the picture)

充装的灭火剂种类：磷酸铵盐干粉灭火剂

The fire extinguishing agent category: Ammonium phosphate salt powder extinguishing agent

驱动气体种类：氮气

Expellant gas category: Nitrogen

工作压力：1.2MPa

Working pressure: 1.2MPa

水压试验压力：2.1MPa

Hydraulic test pressure: 2.1MPa

 四、使用方法Application method

1.   先快速将灭火器拿起，检查压  

力表指针是否在绿区，在距火

灾现场3m左右处，放下灭火

1.  First take the fire extinguisher to check

whether the pressure meter pointer is in

the green area. Then put down the fire

extinguisher and pull out the spur guard

3m away from the fire spot.

2.     按下压把，将喷嘴对准火焰         

根部，进行扇形扫射，并逐步

推进直至灭火。

2.  Press down the handle, point the nozzle

  at the fire bottom to make flabellate

sweep, and advance gradually until the

fire is out.

五、       维修保养 Maintenance

1. 应在温度-10～+45℃之间的干燥通风处贮存。

1. It shall be stored in the dry and cool place with temperature between -10 and 45℃.

2. 请勿倒置，防止烈日曝晒、接近热源、剧烈震动或碰撞。

2. It shall be kept upright, and away from insolation, heat source, violate shake or collision.

3. 每月检查灭火器压力表指针，若发现指针低于绿区，应及时送本公司委托的定点维修企业或已取得维修许可证的企业补充驱动气体。

3.  Check the pressure meter pointer every month, and if the pointer is below the green area, send it to the designated maintenance enterprise or the enterprise with maintenance license to reinforce expellant gas.

4. 检查压力表时不能用手或工具扭动，以防活动泄压。

4. Don’t twist the pressure meter during the check with hands or tools to avoid pressure release.

5. 警告与提示：灭火器一经开启，已不再密封，必须重新充装（严禁试射、点射）。

5.  Warning and tip: Once the fire extinguisher is opened, it is no longer hermetic, and shall be filled once again(test-injection or point-injection is forbidden).

6. 每次再充装前筒体应进行2.1MPa水压试验。

6.  The cylinder shall have 2.1MPa water pressure test before every re-fill.

7. 维修和再充装时请参阅灭火器维修手册。
