1. GENERAL

概述

The Distributed Control System vendor shall include detailed engineeing, including application  programming (configuration) and custom graphics displays in his scope of supply. Delivery shall include all drawings and documentation listed in this standard.

分布式控制系统的供应商必须提供详细的工程设计，包括应用程序（配置）和自定义图形显示。交货内容包括本标准列出的所有图纸和文档。

a) All drawings provided by the vendor shall be computer generated using “AUTOCAD”  software ( version:  AutoCAD  2007,  minimum), unless otherwise approved by the   Owner. Vendor shall supply drawing files on CD ROM as well as hard copies of all drawings.

非另外征得业主的批准，供应商提供的所有图纸必须是在电脑上采用“AUTOCAD”（版本：AutoCAD  2007，最低要求）软件制成的。供应商必须将图纸文件以及所有图纸的硬拷贝保存在CD ROM上提供。

All drawing formats and contents shall be as specified by the owner in the relevant project standards, unless otherwise approved.

除非另外征得批准，所有图纸的格式与内容必须符合业主在相关项目标准中的规定。

b)  All  other  instrumentation  documentation  shall  be  computer  generated  using database, spreadsheet or word processing software, as applicable. Software specified to be used shall be the latest version of  MS-ACCESS, MS-EXCEL, MS-WORD. Any other software for documentation must first be reviewed and approved in writing by the Owner’s Instrument Engineer. Vendor shall supply document files on CD ROM as well as hard copies of all documents.

其它所有仪器文档均必须在电脑上采用适用的数据库、电子制表软件或文字处理软件制成。规定采用的软件必须是最新版本的，如MS-ACCESS、MS-EXCEL、MS-WORD。如果采用其它任何文档软件必须首先进行审查并征得业主仪表工程师的书面批准。供应商必须将文档文件以及所有文档的硬拷贝保存在CD ROM上提供。

All documentation formats and contents shall be as specified by the owner in the relevant project standards, unless otherwise approved.

c) Multiple issues of drawings and documentation and at various levels will be made over the course of the project, as determined by the project requirements and  procedures. Final drawings and documents shall 100% complete, accurate, any “HOLD” clearly identified (generally there should be no HOLD’s at this point) and be issued as “Certified for Construction”. Vendors shall be fully responsible for timely removal of any and all HOLD’s placed on his drawings and documentation.

根据项目要求和程序，在项目进行过程中，进行图纸和文档以及各个层面上的各种事项。最终图纸和文档必须以精确的方式100%完成明确确定的（通常情况下，在这一点上没有待定尺寸）以及作为“施工证明”的“待定尺寸”。供应商全权负责按时清除图纸和文档上的所有待定尺寸。
