郯城县人民检察院档案及技术大楼工程由郯城县人民检察院依据“郯计字[2005]33号”立项建设，临沂市建筑设计研究院设计，郯城县建设工程监理中心监理，天元建设集团有限公司承建。工程于2005年9月10日开工，2007年9月20日竣工。

Tancheng County People's Procuratorate Archives and Technology Building is initiated and approved by Tancheng County People’s Procuratorate in accordance with “TJ Zi [2005] No. 33” Document, designed by Linyi Architectural Design Institute, supervised by Tancheng County Construction Supervision Center and constructed by Shandong Tianyuan Construction Group. This project was commenced on September 10, 2005 and completed on September 20, 2007.

工程位于郯城县北外环路北侧，主楼10层，裙楼3层，建筑面积11732平方米。工程东西长88.2米，南北宽30.5米，建筑总高度43.8米。室外干挂大理石，玻璃幕墙，设计美观，造型沉稳庄严，室内高档面砖，乳胶漆墙面，实木门，大厅铝塑板吊顶，装饰高档、豪华。

The project is located in the north of North Outer Ring Road, Tancheng County. The main building is ten storeys while the podium building is three storeys, with a building area of 11,732 square meters. It is 88.2m long from west to east and 30.5m wide from north to south and its total height is 43.8m. Hanging marble and glass curtain walls are used outdoors, bringing beautiful design and magnific shape. Top-grade facing tiles, emulsion paint walls and solid wood doors are used indoors. The hall has aluminum-plastic composite panel ceiling and top-grade & luxurious decoration.

一层为餐厅，控申接待大厅及讯问室，2至9层为办公及会议室。楼内设有两部垂直电梯，四部安全疏散楼梯。配备有通风空调系统，消防自动报警及联动系统，给排水系统，电子监控系统，综合布线系统及强弱电变配系统等。

The ground floor is the Dining Hall, Prosecution and Appeal Reception Hall and Interrogation Room and Floors 2 ~ 9 are office and meeting rooms. Two vertical elevators and four escape stairs are arranged in the building. It is equipped with ventilation and air conditioning system, automatic fire alarm and integrated response system, water supply and drainage system, electronic monitoring system, integrated wiring system and power transformation and distribution system, etc.

该工程主体为框架剪力墙结构，筏板基础，模板采用复合木模板。成型后的混凝土现浇结构密实、均匀，尺寸准确，节点方正，棱角分明清晰，达到了免抹灰混凝土的效果。部分钢筋采用HRB400钢筋，钢筋安装位置正确，绑扎牢固。钢筋接头主要采用直螺纹机械连接，质量可靠。填充墙采用加气混凝土砌块和页岩多孔砖，组砌方法正确，灰缝均匀，勾缝细致，观感质量好。主体结构被评为临沂市优质结构工程。

Its main body uses a frame shear wall structure, raft foundation and composite wood formwork. The cast-in-situ concrete structure is tight and even after formation, with correct dimensions, square modes and clear edges and corners, achieving the effect of plastering-free concrete. Some reinforcing steel bars are HRB400 and all are installed in proper positions and colligated firmly. The steel bar joints are mainly connected with straight thread mechanically, with reliable quality. Aerated concrete blocks and perforated shale bricks are used for infilled wall with correct building methods, creating even mortar joints, refined pointing and good impressions quality. The major structure is ever awarded as Linyi City High Quality Structural Engineering.

屋面采用聚氨酯和SBS两道防水，防水收头用地板砖切割成的长条粘贴，牢固美观。防水保护层广场砖镶贴均匀，界隔合理，坡向正确，嵌缝饱满、光滑、均匀。分隔缝两边采用100毫米宽黑色大理石条界隔成方。排气孔收口安装不锈钢百叶窗，防雨、美观、耐用。1200平方米屋面无一处渗漏。幕墙采用钢化玻璃，安装牢固，表面平整洁净，无划痕擦伤，胶缝横平竖直、宽窄均匀。墙地面排砖合理，缝口均匀平直、无色差。卫生间、等待间长砖横贴，窗下门头廓砖对称，砖缝大小均匀一致。卫生间地漏、蹲台等排砖对缝考究，整齐划一，踏步阳角安装磨角大理石条，美观耐用。

Polyurethane and SBS are used for waterproofing of roofing and the waterproof joint is fixed by strips cut from floor tiles, firm and elegant. Tiles on waterproof protective course are fixed evenly, with reasonable space, correct exposure, full, smooth and even caulking. Both sides of the separate joint are divided into square shapes with 100mm wide black marble strips. Stainless steel louvers are installed on the exhaust opening, rainproof, elegant and durable. The 1,200m² roofing is completely free from leakage. Tempered glass is used on curtain walls, fixed firmly and surface is level and clean, free from any scratch. The sealant joints are regular and even in width. Tiles on walls and floors are arranged reasonably and joints are even and straight, free from color difference. Long tiles are fixed transversely in toilets and waiting rooms and tiles on the windowsill are symmetrical, with uniform tile joints. Tile joints at the floor drains and squatting pans in toilets are precise, regular and uniform. External corner for stepping is installed with chamfered marble strips, elegant and durable.

各类不锈钢栏杆、扶手的高度及做法符合强制性标准规定，安全可靠。室内吊顶边线平直，注胶细腻，缝口严密，根据烟感、喷淋居中布置，整齐美观。大理石走廊、楼梯踏步等采用黑色踢脚镶边，踢脚板在工厂倒角，尺寸统一，出墙厚度、高度一致，整齐美观。门、窗，各类箱体等各类周边胶缝打注饱满连续。配电箱、柜配线合理，接地可靠，电缆桥架排列有序，防火严密。开关插座高度一致，相序正确。地漏套隔新颖，坡向正确。卫生器具美观、牢固，管道横平竖直，设备运行平稳， 橡塑保温密实平整，标示清晰。

Heights and fabrication methods of different stainless steel balusters and handrails are in accordance with compulsory standards, safe and reliable. Side lines of indoor ceiling are straight, having refined sealant injection and tight joints. The spray throwers are arranged in the middle based on the smoke detection system, tidy and beautiful. Black skirts are used on marble aisles and stair-steps. The skirting is chamfered in factory, with uniform dimensions, consistent wall protrusion thickness and height, tidy and beautiful. Doors, windows and various cabinets are applied with sealant all around fully and continuously. Wirings in distribution cabinets and boxes are reasonably and reliably grounded. Cables are bridged and arranged in order and strictly kept away from fire. Combined sockets and switches have uniform height and correct phase sequence. Floor drain covers are novel, with correct exposure. Sanitary apparatuses are elegant and firm and pipes are regular. Devices run stably and rubber insulation layers are tight, level and clearly marked.

该工程设计先进，布局合理，功能齐全，施工精细，节能环保，质量控制资料齐全，被评为 临沂市建设工程质量“沂蒙杯”工程。投入使用以来，未发生任何质量问题，建设单位非常满意。

This building is energy-saving and environment-friendly and has advanced design, reasonable layout, complete functions, refined construction and complete quality control documents. It was awarded Linyi City “Yimeng Cup” Project for construction project quality. Not any quality problems are found since it is put into operation and the Client feels very much satisfied.
